Pooja Kartik is the CEO of medtechnik, a company dedicated to market research, global regulatory access for digital health MedTech innovations including for combination products, and consulting in combination products, medical technologies, strategic program management, quality and regulatory affairs organizational strategy. With over 24 years of experience, Pooja has held impactful roles at leading companies including Medtronic, Amgen, Abbott, and Intuitive Surgical.

Pooja specializes in strategic program management, global quality and regulatory strategy, organizational strategy, compliance, risk management, software design quality, and post-market surveillance. Known for her hands-on approach, she works closely with teams and stakeholders to navigate the complexities of cross-functional team execution, global regulatory landscapes, and achieve successful outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Akron, complemented by certifications in Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation from Harvard University and an Executive Education in Business Management at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

With a passion for advancing medical technology innovation, Pooja is committed to fostering collaboration and delivering meaningful results in the ever-evolving MedTech industry.
