Dr. Darin S. Oppenheimer has had a successful career in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries for over twenty years. He currently serves as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Medication Management Solutions at BD. Darin has gained valuable experience from working at renowned companies such as Medtronic, Baxter Healthcare, Merck, Johnson and Johnson, and Danaher.
Darin has a strong educational background, holding a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Tampa, dual Master's degrees in Biotechnology and Regulatory Science from Johns Hopkins University, and a Doctorate in Regulatory Science from the University of Southern California. He is recognized as an expert in his field.
As a Fellow of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and a member of various editorial boards, Darin has made significant contributions to regulatory affairs through 7 book chapters, 25 journal articles, and 80 symposium discussions. He also shares his knowledge as a Graduate instructor at institutions such as the University of California, Northeastern University, and Johns Hopkins University.
