Jay H. Mashburn, PhD, RPh, is the Director of Regulatory Affairs Alliance and Commercialization at Lundbeck, where he leads regulatory strategy and commercialization initiatives for alliance partnerships. He brings 15+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, drug development, medical affairs, and medical safety across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. He has led cross-functional teams, managed successful product launches, and navigated FDA approval processes for drugs and medical devices.
