Xiao Michelle Meng, PhD

Dr. Xiao (Michelle) Meng is VP, Head of Global Regulatory Science at OBI Pharma, where she oversees regulatory Strategy, CMC and Operations. With over 15 years’ experience in global regulatory affairs and more years in drug development, Michelle has led strategies and submissions across all drug development phases and multiple therapeutical areas, especially in Oncology, Hematology, and rare diseases, achieving numerous approvals for new drugs and indications worldwide. Previously, she served as Executive Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, Director at Amgen and Bayer Healthcare, and began her regulatory career in CMC biologics.
