Virginia brings more than 30 years of healthcare communications and regulatory experience, including senior leadership roles at the FDA and HHS. As Associate Commissioner for External Affairs at the FDA, she was FDA’s highest-ranking communications officer, providing strategic leadership across key agency priorities. She also served as a special assistant to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, where she spearheaded initiatives throughout the Department. At 3D Communications, Virginia has helped clients prepare for more than 100 FDA Advisory Committee meetings and submissions—and countless FDA interactions—leveraging her deep regulatory insight, health policy background, and strategic communications expertise. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
