Robert Bilkovski, M.D., MBA is the President and Founder of RNB Ventures Consulting Inc., where he leverages over two decades of comprehensive leadership experience to provide strategic consulting in medical affairs, clinical development, and regulatory strategy for medical device and diagnostic companies.
Dr. Bilkovski's distinguished career includes significant leadership roles within multiple Fortune 500 companies, such as Becton Dickinson (BD), Abbott Laboratories, GE Healthcare, and Hospira. In these capacities, he consistently oversaw critical functions spanning medical affairs and clinical development across the IVD, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. His expertise encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from concept and clinical trials to market access and successful product launches.
Bringing a unique blend of clinical acumen and business strategy, Dr. Bilkovski completed his medical training at Rosalind Franklin University/The Chicago Medical School, specializing in emergency medicine. He subsequently earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a pivotal step in transitioning his deep clinical knowledge into impactful leadership within the medical industry. His strategic insights are further bolstered by a strong academic foundation, holding an undergraduate degree in biochemistry with a focus on genetic engineering from McMaster University.
Robert is recognized for his leadership in clinical research, regulatory affairs, competitive analysis, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams dedicated to advancing healthcare solutions. He is also the author of an upcoming book on healthcare entrepreneurship, "Make Your Story Believable: Diagnosing the Pitfalls of Healthcare Innovation," launching in Fall 2025.
