Linda He

RA Manager
Stryker Neurovascular International

Linda He, RAC, LLM, brings over 20 years of global regulatory affairs leadership, with a focus on Asia-Pacific markets. At Stryker Neurovascular, she leads RA team to accelerate market access for high-risk medical devices across China, Japan, Ko-rea, Australia, and ASEAN. Her achievements include multiple Awards over the years. She has directly engaged with NMPA and PMDA, supported audits, and advised on regulatory strategy, clinical evaluation, and reimbursement pathways.
Previously, she held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Cook Medical, where she developed regulatory strat-egies for China and other key markets, resulting in hundreds of product approvals.
She holds a Master of Law from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and was a Ford Foundation International Fellow.
