I’m Niedre M. Heckman, an Empowerment Architect & Storyteller. In my professional life, I design clear regulatory pathways that bring innovative therapies and devices to patients. In my personal mission, I tell stories that empower people to find their voice, embrace belonging, and transform their lives. Whether building a dossier, writing a memoir, or mentoring future leaders, my purpose is the same: to create spaces where science, strategy, and self can thrive.

With 20+ years of medical device, combination products, and drugs/biologics experience, I have earned commendations from the FDA and was named a 2022 Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society Fellow. I hold a BS and MS in Chemistry, an MPH, a Ph.D. in Public Health, and certifications in Regulatory Affairs and Quality.
