Jasmine Muse is a highly experienced professional in Global Regulatory Affairs-CMC with a strong background in strategic leadership and guidance for combination products. As a Senior Manager at UCB, she provides regulatory CMC leadership on global and technical teams, offering best practices and expert advice. She is responsible for providing critical regulatory CMC input for interactions with Health Authorities and for effectively communicating the regulatory strategy, risks, and overall plan.
In previous roles, Jasmine led software submissions for a combination product, where she developed guides to assist Regulatory Authorities in submissions and provided expertise on the regulatory aspects of combination products. She has conducted thorough regulatory assessments of drug, device, and software components, overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory filings. Jasmine collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Clinical, and Quality, to ensure all submissions aligned with regulatory guidelines. Her proactive approach has led to the creation of multiple submission guides that contributed to more efficient submissions and reduced review times.
Jasmine will earn her second Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance from Temple University School of Pharmacy in December 2025. She also holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Prairie View A&M University.
Beyond her professional life, Jasmine is a dedicated advocate for Diversity in Clinical Research, a Board Member for several non-profits, and the Membership Manager for the Atlanta-RAPS Chapter. In her free time, she enjoys crafting with her Cricut, lecturing students, traveling with her family, and is a dedicated "dance and swim mom" to her three children. She lives by, Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you,” “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
