Angelina Lisandrelli is a seasoned regulatory affairs and quality leader with deep expertise in the medical device industry. As the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Neuros Medical, Inc., she leads the global regulatory strategy for a breakthrough PMA neuromodulation device designed to address chronic post-amputation pain, transforming the lives of patients with limited therapeutic options.

With over a decade of experience, Angelina has successfully navigated complex regulatory pathways, including U.S. FDA submissions (510(k), PMA, Q-Submissions), EU MDR compliance, and global market access strategies. Her strategic guidance has been instrumental in achieving device approvals, building global regulatory infrastructures, and advancing digital health innovations. She brings a forward-thinking approach to compliance, incorporating the latest expectations in areas such as clinical evidence, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled technologies.
