RAPS and PwC surveyed over 50,000 regulatory professionals to learn how their organizations are using generative AI and other digital solutions. Respondents outlined the tactics they have employed to foster successful adoption of AI tools – as well as the challenges they have faced in employing those tools to support strategy, compliance, quality, and safety activities. The benchmarks developed from this data can help regulatory professionals and their organizations navigate the application of AI in the workplace.
