What is the Headshot Lounge?
Need an updated photo for Regulatory Exchange (RegEx), LinkedIn, or other professional profiles? Be sure to visit the Headshot Lounge, where our professional make-up artists and photographers will help you capture a great image (free and open to all event attendees).

Headshot Lounge FAQs

• What is the process?

  • Get in line, scan the QR code, fill out the registration form, and wait your turn! You'll be called into a studio as soon as there is an open photographer. They will ask your name, take your photos, and you will receive an email with a link to your gallery as soon as you're done.

• What if I didn't receive the email to my photos?

  • You can reach out with your name and the email address you entered on the sign-up form, and we will re-send your link. (This can either go directly to a RAPS representative or to Oscar & Associates. We will provide RAPS with a list of participants and a link to their gallery).

• Can I make an appointment?

  • Headshots are first come, first served

• How many photos do we get?

  • The photographer will usually take about 4-5 frames – you will receive all of them.
